Vision into practice

Once the vision has been developed and all the stakeholders’ representatives agree with it a communication campaign should be launched to populate it and internalize it by all the people. The vision will be translated into some provisions of the constitution or in some laws amendments. This enactment step is determinant for the second one, the enforcement. However even though these two steps need to be gone through the more important point is the awareness of the people and the professionals who will ensure what is done within public administration and the government go towards the achievement of the vision. The vision will then be translated into practice when revisiting the missions of state and designing the institutional arrangement frameworks and their respective mandates. More importantly, the vision will be translated into action in every act and behaviour of each civil servant and public administration employee.
