After conflict public administration is no longer the same in many aspects (human resources, documentation, technology equipment, structure and infrastructure.). How is the perception of the people with regard to the survived public administration? How do they think it should change? Envisioning process for the future public administration requires a framework that ensures more confidence and pragmatism.
Lessons learnt from post conflict reconstruction efforts in Timor-Leste, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, Iraq and Liberia underscore the importance of having a clear vision for the peaceful development of the country.
