Here we provide examples of visions that have been developed by different countries emerging from conflict in relation to their national development and their own public service. It is interesting to note what elements are present in each vision and how they have then been crystallized in different forms of documents. It is important to bear in mind that each society will define its own national and public administration vision according to it own needs and aspirations of the future. These cases are hereby included only for illustrative purposes.
