Given that every post-conflict country is unique in terms of context and entry point to start up reconstruction process, it is highly commended to bear in mind the findings from situation analysis, the content of shared vision, and the road map to go through for decision and action. It is obvious that no country, emerging from conflict can possess the facilities deemed necessary to rebuild a vast range of public services. In some cases, the most acute areas will suffice, such as healthcare, education, and Justice. In other the country will forge partnerships with other stakeholders to revamp some priority focus areas.
